VR Medical Emergency Trainer
Step into a virtual ER, assess a collapsing patient and respond with real equipment — oxygen, IV and defibrillator — then get a scored debrief.

The game
An emergency-response training simulator for medical schools, nursing programmes and hospitals. Trainees enter a virtual emergency room, assess an unconscious patient and work through the protocol — checking responsiveness, breathing and pulse, calling for help and intervening — while the patient and vitals monitor react live to every action.
My contribution
I built the VR interaction layer and the scenario engine: physically grabbable equipment, a live vitals model (heart rate, SpO₂, blood pressure, temperature), randomised symptoms, an instructor mode and the end-of-session debrief that scores assessment, response time and critical errors.
Highlights
- Physical interaction with oxygen, IV, medication and defibrillator
- Live vitals monitor that reacts to the trainee’s actions
- Randomised symptoms so no two runs are the same
- Debrief with assessment score, response time and critical errors
- Instructor mode for guided sessions
